Rates
Our rate is $425 a night for four people. Each additional person is $30 per night up to a maximum of 10 people in the house. There is a cleaning charge of $175 for the upper house only. The whole house is $250,
We require a deposit of $750 at the time of your reservation. Thirty days before arrival we require a signed renters agreement, payment in full and a refundable security deposit of $1000.
