Rates
Our rates range from $545 to $745 a night during normal season and we accept a maximum of 10 people in the house. The out-cleaning fee is $340 per occupancy. For holiday rates, please add $100 per night.
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
We require a deposit of $950 at the time of your reservation along with a signed renters agreement. Thirty days before arrival, we require payment in full and a returnable security deposit of $1000. We accept personal checks, Visa, Mastercard or Discovery Card and electronic checks (for US residents) as methods of payment.
